Port Adventures Host/ Hostess
Areas of responsibility
Execute the sale of shore excursions; escort Port Adventures as Disney representative as directed
Monitor shore excursion operation by accompanying tours and reporting feedback to Port Adventures Manager
Monitor the opening, closing, safety and volume of the Mickey slide and pool, children and families in the family pool and general activity around the pool areas on Deck 9
Monitor all recreation spaces including Wide World of Sports desk, Ping Pong, Shuffle board areas ensuring supplies and equipment are available; set-up and/or replenish as needed
Perform hosting responsibilities such as, but not limited to entrance to show lounge and Walt Disney Theatre
Profile
Minimum two years experience in recreation, camp or activity center, catering to all ages
Proven experience working in a sales and/or Guest services environment
Demonstrate interest in Port Adventures (shore excursions)
Education concentrating on hospitality and/or business related preferred
