Job Description Asst. Guest Service Manager
Areas of responsibility
  • Create daily work schedules for Guest Services H/H
  • Implement training and development for Guest Services and Concierge
  • Monitor the daily bank out process for Crew
  • Maintain a cash float of $500.00
  • Assist in all other areas of Guest Services and/or Crew Office
Profile
  • Minimum two years shipboard or related experience
  • Tourism and Hospitality classes/certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of Immigration and Customs regulations
  • Cash handling experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC based data bases, spread sheets, and word processing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented
