Areas of responsibility	Create daily work schedules for Guest Services H/H Implement training and development for Guest Services and Concierge Monitor the daily bank out process for Crew Maintain a cash float of $500.00 Assist in all other areas of Guest Services and/or Crew Office
Profile	Minimum two years shipboard or related experience Tourism and Hospitality classes/certifications a plus Knowledge of Immigration and Customs regulations Cash handling experience Demonstrated proficiency with PC based data bases, spread sheets, and word processing systems Demonstrated ability to influence others Ability to handle multiple tasks Detail oriented
